Faq–Arvi Tours is a licensed tour operator based in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara with Bali, Nusa Penida, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo Tour Packages, Komodo Island – NTT and has been operating online bookings since 2014. The company itself has been operating online. Offline since 2012 under Indonesian management. Currently, we have served more than 500 guests for all the tourist routes we offer.

What ship or transportation does Arvi Tours use?

Arvi Tours only offers ships and international standard safety transportation. 
Our ships have two types, namely High-speedboats and Phinisi Boats. 
Our ground transfer is a car with everything in good condition and ready to use for the safety of your trip, and of course with the Standard Health Protocol

How do I make a reservation?

Go to the “Search Destination and Activity” Search box, select the destination and activity, then click search, it will show the activity, and select your program or activity. 
Click more if you want to see a description of the activity or order now. 
Look on your right, the “BOOK NOW” tab will appear select the Option, participant number and date, check availability click the “OK” tab fill in your contact details, and then proceed to payment, confirmation will appear in your email.

How do I make a payment?

Payments are processed by PayPal, Master Card, Visa, and bank transfers by filling out the forms provided.

Do I get a voucher issued?

Yes, you will get a voucher issued after you have made full payment according to the invoice.

Can I reschedule/change my booking date?

Is there insurance covered by Arvi Tours?

Currently, Komodo Tours is point-to-point without any responsibility during the activity, however, some of our partners may have insurance, but we advise you to cover yourself with your insurance.

What is a Private Tour?

A private Tour means you will be the only one to take all the services during the tour. 
You will go privately, only you and your family or friends, couple travelers, and solo travelers are acceptable on this type of tour. 
You must follow the itinerary listed on the tour package. 
This type of travel is also great if you want to enjoy the trip and the destinations you’re visiting more.

What is a Shared Tour?

A group tour means that you will be traveling with other travelers in a group of at least 20 people. 
This type of tour package is good if you want to make new friends. 
It’s also good for budget travelers.

What is a Combination Tour?

Combination tourism is a mix or combination of two or more types of packages and destinations.
