• Booking Code
• Voucher Code
• Your full name
• Phone number
• Product Vouchers
• The date of your tour
• The name of your tour guide/driver
• Please describe your tour experience with us and why you would like a refund

Terms & Conditions

• Must book and pay directly on our website. The offer doesn’t apply if you book your tour on a third-party website.
• You need to be able to prove your identity to show that you are the one who paid for the tour and took the tour
• Unfortunately, we can not control the weather or local conditions (i.e. traffic ceremonies, etc) so we will not be able to issue refunds that involve incidents caused by weather or local conditions.
• An email must be received within 10 days of the date of your tour with us.
